1. Service overview
AiToolsList.Tools is a directory and discovery platform for AI tools, SaaS products, and productivity software. We publish public listings, organize products by category, and allow site owners or representatives to submit products for review.
2. Free and featured submissions
AiToolsList.Tools may offer both free submissions and paid featured submissions. Free submissions may require a badge or backlink requirement according to the rules shown on the submit page. Featured submissions are a paid listing option designed to offer stronger visibility inside the directory and priority handling during review.
Featured submission pricing is currently displayed on the submit page as a $3.99 one-time option, unless a different price is clearly shown at the time of purchase.
A featured submission purchase pays only for promotional placement inside the AiToolsList.Tools directory. It does not purchase third-party software, subscriptions, licenses, or official access to any product listed on this website.
3. Manual review and approval discretion
All submissions, including featured submissions, are subject to manual review. Payment improves visibility and review priority, but payment does not guarantee approval, publication, homepage placement, category placement, ongoing placement duration, traffic, leads, conversions, or business results.
We may approve, reject, request changes, edit, re-categorize, unfeature, unpublish, or remove a listing at our discretion if we believe the product is not a fit for the directory, is misleading, becomes inactive, or creates quality, legal, trust, or policy concerns.
4. Payments and refunds
Featured submission payments may be processed by third-party payment providers used by AiToolsList.Tools, including providers such as Creem. By purchasing a featured submission, you authorize the applicable provider to process the payment according to its own checkout flow and payment terms.
Featured submission payments are generally non-refundable. The main exception is when a featured submission is rejected during our manual review process before publication, in which case the payment is eligible for a refund. Once a featured submission has been approved, published, or otherwise delivered as the purchased placement, the payment is not refundable. 5. Submission content and your responsibilities
By submitting a product, you confirm that you have the right to provide the submitted information, logos, screenshots, and promotional content, and that the information is materially accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or misleading content.
You remain responsible for the claims, assets, and destination website associated with your submission. We may remove or edit content that appears inaccurate, low quality, inactive, or inconsistent with the standards of the directory.
Submissions and promoted listings must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We do not allow listings or promotional content centered on NSFW or explicit sexual content, sexually suggestive content generation, face-swap or deepfake tools, impersonation tools, synthetic voice-cloning products, dating or flirting assistants, romantic companion tools, or misleading claims of endorsement or affiliation.
6. Third-party products and external links
AiToolsList.Tools links to external third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their pricing, availability, uptime, security, business practices, legal compliance, customer service, or payment handling. Before using or paying for any listed product, you should review that provider’s own website, privacy policy, and terms.
7. No guarantee and limitation of liability
AiToolsList.Tools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that a listing will generate traffic, sales, funding, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiToolsList.Tools disclaims liability for losses arising from reliance on directory content, third-party products, or external websites linked from the directory.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the site, submission system, or payment process evolves. Continued use of the site or submission flow after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
